Now that I've discovered where to change the audio language to Korean in Amazon Prime Video (why default to English, Amazon? It's a crime) I watched the first two episodes of "Newtopia", a zombie "comedy". Being a comedy in this particular genre means it's pretty crass and over-the-top violent, but it's holding my interest so far. The biggest revelation so far, though, is the female lead. I knew I recognized her but I couldn't figure out who she was until I looked it up; it's Jisoo of Blackpink, and she's actually really good. She can hold her own with any American "scream queen". I didn't know she had already ventured into acting, but looking over her IMDB is seems she has a few scripted show credits to her name. I'll have to check those out.

Plot Summary
